Now you might be thinking what's healthy about olive oil and I'm here to tell you that everyone should include olive oil in there diets. From pouring a little over pasta and salads, instead of creamy sauces and dressings can cut many calories and fat out of your diet and can be an easy way to lose that 5 pounds that everyone wants to lose for Spring Break! Using olive oil is a healthy way to add flavor and nutrients to your body. Olive oil helps to make hair shinier too, so there's an added bonus. However, don't use too much olive oil. 1 or 2 tablespoons is recommended, but if you go overboard like any other food it can be bad for you.
