Soups and salads are some of the worst options you can make when eating out with all the sodium, fat and calories in the bowls. Today's healthy tips cover Japanse, Chinese, Italian, Mexican and diner food. And the healthy options you can choose from while eating out.
Japanese > try an avocado roll, brown rice and edamame beans for a low-fat, high-protein meal
Chinese > try chicken with steamed brown rice and broccoli for a low-fat, low-calorie meal
Italian > try a thin crust tomato, basil, motzerella pizza with a small side salad
Mexican > try a black bean wrap with salsa on a whole wheat tortilla, but skip the cheese and sour cream for a filling protein and carb meal
