Hello, F@shionist@’s! Its midweek and fashion news on the streets is about Elle @ Kohl’s! I know that Kohl’s has carried the Elle line for awhile now, but I didn’t know that the looks for spring/summer were oh so fabulous until a little shopping trip recently. There were oh so many bright, bold colors an eye-catching new looks, F@shionist@’s! I found an adorable Kelly green short flutter sleeve top with a robe-like neckline and a classic black above the knee skirt with ruffles.
