Hey there, Fashionista’s! You might be thinking “what is casual-formal?” Isn’t that two different looks? Nope! Not anymore. With our generation (20-somethings) getting out into the workforce, dress codes are getting a little lost as individuality and expressing yourself through your wardrobe is taking over. I for one am so glad that the basic boring business suits are leaving for more individualized and creative personalities are stepping out into the office. Now I am not talking inappropriate clothing, I think there definitely should still be modesty in the office setting, but modesty with an added bonus …your unique personality!
Some trends that have been spotted are bowties with denim, 80’s-inspired menswear, candy-colored menswear, stylish semi-suits, newspaper couture, “Beetle-juice” pants and short suits for warmer climates.
